These Terms of Use define the conditions of access and use of the Medecinlib SaaS platform, an online medical practice management service.

2. Account Creation

To use our service, you must:

  • Be a healthcare professional authorized to practice
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Access

The service is accessible 24/7, except in case of:

    Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)

    Interruption related to technical problems
  • 3
    Force majeure events
  • 4
    Internet service provider failures

4. Subscription and Payments

Payment terms:

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included
  • Payment is securely managed by Stripe
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed
  • Monthly or annual billing according to your choice
  • Possibility to change plan at any time

5. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
  • Comply with applicable legislation
  • Ensure the accuracy of entered information
  • Maintain patient data confidentiality
  • Not infringe third party rights
  • Regularly backup important data

6. Provider Responsibilities

Medecinlib undertakes to:

  • Provide a service compliant with described features
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Maintain a high level of availability
  • Provide responsive technical support

7. Termination

Termination terms:

    The user can terminate their subscription at any time via their client area
  • 2
    Termination takes effect at the end of the already paid period
  • 3
    No refund for the period already started
  • 4
    Possibility to export data for 30 days after termination
  • 5
    Permanent deletion of data after this period

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
