    Major technical problem preventing service use for more than 72 consecutive hours

    Cancellation within 14 days of first subscription (without service use)

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

    Voluntary termination during subscription period

    Partial use of the service

    Change of mind after using the service

  • Non éligible

    Technical problems related to your equipment or Internet connection

  • Non éligible

    Non-use of the service by personal choice

Refund method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase. For credit card payments, processing time by your bank may vary from 3 to 10 business days.

Partial refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits rather than a full refund, particularly in case of partial service use.
